Gary Merrifield's 1970 SS

With 91,000 miles and over 100 passes on the stock motor, the car turns 12.70 at 106 mph. A very mild cam, headers, 10" converter and 4.11:1 gears are the only changes besides wheels and slicks. The cast iron intake and Rochester QuadraJet are still getting the job done; 0-60 is about 4 seconds flat. Still breaker point ignition too!!! 396 motors are not too bad now after-all are they?
